Dr. Chui is a chartered psychologist, registered social worker, certified counsellor and approved counselling supervisor. He is the President and Fellow of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association. He has taught various courses in HKU, CUHK and PolyU with specialization in career and educational counselling and working with young people. He is now the Acting Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences; Head and Professor of the Department of Applied Social Sciences in HKCT Institute of Higher Education.
